Nasdaq Copenhagen Surveillance invites new employees at our issuers to a virtual seminar on Nasdaq’s rules on disclosure obligations and inside information.
The seminar will provide a practical overview of the timely disclosure of inside information and other disclosure obligations under the Nasdaq rulebook and Market Abuse Regulation (MAR), with the opportunity to ask questions throughout.

The seminar is primarily aimed at new employees working with investor relations, financial reporting, or other handling of disclosure obligations, but everyone is welcome – including employees who simply need a refresher on the rules and anyone who was unable to attend the previous seminar held in Danish.
