Student job: Put digital ideas into play at DIRF

JOB OPENING AT DIRF:

We are looking for help with our digital communication and various administrative tasks – do you know anyone?

Are you studying BSc in Business Administration & Digital Management – or a similar programme – and do you want to put your knowledge into practice? At DIRF – Danish Investor Relations Association, you will get a study-relevant job where you work with digital platforms, communication, data and events close to Danish listed companies.

Among other things, you will

  • update and develop content on www.dirf.dk/ and DIRFdagen.dk in WordPress
  • set up newsletters, LinkedIn posts, and event communication
  • coordinate invitations, attendees, and practical details of events
  • maintain member data, distribution lists and registrations in Excel and E-conomic
  • contribute ideas for better content, user experiences and digital workflows.

We imagine that you

  • are digitally curious, structured and good at getting tasks done
  • have an interest in communication, digital platforms and data
  • communicate securely in Danish and English
  • want to learn – you don’t need to know all our systems from the start.

What you get with us

You will be part of a small secretariat with short decision-making paths, close sparring and room for your own ideas. You will have responsibility from the start, a broad interface and practical experience in the intersection between business, digital communication and administration. We aim for a start date of 1 October 2026. The working hours will be 3-4 hours per week but flexible and adapted to your studies.

  • Salary range: 180 DKK -190 DKK/hour and salary is paid by the hour.
  • Place of work is a shared office space in Kronprinsessegade 8B, central Copenhagen.

Does this sound like something for you?

Send your application and CV to dirf@dirf.dk and briefly explain why the job is right for you. Please state when you can start and how many hours a week you expect to be able to work. Interviews will be held on an ongoing basis and we look forward to hearing from you.
